Our Story
The idea for Mentally Exhausted® Pajamas was born in 2020, when the pandemic brought increased anxiety and isolation. Founder Lucy Miller recognized a need for clothing and products that could provide not just physical comfort, but also emotional solace during troubled times.
She began researching mental health, self-care practices, and the science behind rest and relaxation. Using this knowledge, Lucy started crafting pajamas and loungewear focused on comfort, as well as curating accompanying products like weighted blankets, aromatherapy diffusers, and adult coloring books.
In 2021, the first Mentally Exhausted® Pajamas collection launched online to an enthusiastic audience seeking reprieve from stress and exhaustion. We’ve since expanded our product range while staying true to our founding mission: to help you recharge through the power of radical rest.
